Have you noticed that organization is in vogue now? Organization is a verb not a noun. Most people wished that it were a noun so that they could purchase it, but that is not the case. Organization takes action and that is a verb. You can buy products to organize your life in most stores. The more things you have the more things you need to organize those things. It is a vicious circle.

This organizational trend has become very fashionable in most circles. There are now people whose jobs are to organize other people. There are TV shows that people go on to get rid of their excess. They are so desperate to get out of the mess they are in that they are willing to let millions of people all over the planet see how unorganized they are.

To stay in fashion I decided to join the organization parade. I didnâ ™t want the world to know my disorganized state so I tackled it myself. I started with my home office leaving the computer till the last of course. This was due to my phobia about unplugging anything that was not labeled.

Have you recently bought a new computer or taken a computer to a computer doctor to have it fixed or, as in my case, moved it to a new location in the room. Most people like myself live in fear of having to unhook their computer because â śitâ ™s a jungle back thereâ ť.

I pulled out the computer and it has wires all over. Printer cords, fax cords, speaker and mouse cords, keyboard cords, screen cords, electrical cords, and even power saver cords. There are probably even some cords that I didnâ ™t know the name of or the reason they were there.

What should I do with this mess of wires and cords? Label them maybe, but when I move the computer and put them back in it will still be a â śjungle back thereâ ť. Some people tape them together so they do not go all over the place but stick together. Better yet go to a store and find those neat wire cord wraps that look like the old telephone receiver cords that wrap around. Pull the cords together and wrap it keeps them from moving all over. Awesome, they work and the jungle disappears into a single tree (large cord). It worked
and now my next organizational activity is to organize all the remotes on the end table.
