Often, we dont even realize when we are wasting time. So, to see where you might be able to make better use of your time, you need to start keeping track of what you do every day, at every hour. Simply write down what you are doing every hour for a few days. This will give you a good idea of what you are doing with your time - and it will almost certainly expose time wasters that you werent even aware of. You might also want to create a grid for the hours of the day to give you a clear outline of the way you spend your time.

When this is the case, you will need to find out ways to shift around responsibilities and delegate some of them to others in order to free up some time for your dreams. Another consideration is to look at the longer blocks of time to see how you can cut those down. Perhaps you can work through your lunch hour at work in order to leave an hour earlier each day, for example.
