This is what Newton said. The law says that there can be no reaction or effect without an action or cause. But there are certain things that occur seemingly without a cause.
If I ask you a question, have you ever experienced some kind of physical pains, aches, sprains, muscle pulls etc without any apparent cause? If your answer is yes, then there are fair chances that you might be suffering from depression, of all the diseases.
