Prison Break fans from Texas should be happy to know that their favorite show has been filming in downtown Arlington this week for an upcoming episode in January. However, some may not enjoy the long commutes to and from work as they had to divert traffic around the downtown area due to the filming. Moreover, citizens of the town were told not to panic if they heard any gun shots, as those were just prop guns shooting blanks.
Of course, what good would be a Texas visit without taking part in its nightlife? Some stars of the FOX series headed out after a long day at work to kick back and relax. William Fichtner, popularly known as Agent Mahone in the series enjoyed his 51st birthday celebration with Mary Collings, a Texas-based chiropractor to the stars, who also celebrated her birthday that week. Fichtner and friends spent a night of celebration at Al Biernatâ ™s restaurant in Dallas .

Fans took this opportunity to peek into the production as they filmed in Texas , hoping to get some hints about the upcoming plots. Various Prison Break fan sites already have pictures up, depicting Michael (Wentworth Miller), Lincoln (Dominic Purcell), and Whistler (Chris Vance) running around the city. One photo even shows Whistler on the run from probably The Company. Another photo shows Michael browsing through a Panama City brochure with a guide to the city.
Fans must be excited to see Prison Break, which is set to hit the airwaves in January with five new episodes. This month, the show took advantage of the ongoing WGA strike to take a hiatus. When it returns, the show will pick up from where it left off when Michael was taken out of Sona and placed in solitary confinement.
Prison Break returns to television screens on January 14, only on FOX.
